GOSO provides a very simple and easy to use lead management tool with some basic features of a CRM. We'll be adding features to the lead management section on a monthly basis but plan on keeping it simple. We know most dealers have an existing CRM they're already familiar with, so we're concentrating on building broadcast and inventory management features that are unavailable elsewhere on the web.
It depends on which call-to-action prompted the user to enter information. There are several different entry points on our landing pages which include: request more information, download eBrochure, schedule a test drive, make an offer and get pre-approved.
Not at all, you can simply export the leads that come into GOSO right to your CRM whenever you want. Or ask us to set it up so they get exported automatically. Done.
In addition to collecting customer lead information, we monitor their activity on your landing pages and give you information on which vehicles they looked at and for how long. We think that information is special because it helps you better understand your customer before you engage them.
Yes, you can either manually export them or set up GOSO to export them automatically.
